Inspiration came from others this week

Almost a week has passed. Have I been missed in cyberspace? Truth is, I have missed the tranquility that has to be present for me to sit here and spill my brain juices ot to the powers that be.

Been having fun tho. Glad we escaped the handcuff scene at the convention - that might have ruined it even if it would have been yet another experience. My son melted my heart this week. I wonder if he knows...

When you have a visitor from your past that feels so right, it makes you sit up and take a real look at all that got you to where you are and all that you passed by.

My visitor is an amazing woman. She blew me away and made me so proud to know her and to be able to call her my friend (and pseudo cousin). Such strength is quite inspiring. I'm so very happy that we re-connected! Thank you for still loving me.

My visitor also brought along another visitor who was another strong, interesting and joyful woman. A new friend. In this I am content.

Then there are the scam artists of the planet. Bottom feeders the lot of them. And stupid as all get out the most of them. I can only shake my head in disbelief but completely fear for the poor beings that are sucked into their mire.

I miss my girl...our schedules haven't meshed of late and she feels so far away. I would love to hold on to her and give her the hug of a lifetime right now.

This very same girl has introduced me to some new sites that I have added to my daily routine. One of said sites is proving to be entertaining and may be a new venue for real life.

Business beckons (even on a holiday weekend) but I shall continue this rambling later (or possibly sooner).

Hey There.
Sounds like a good week.

You went to the http://www.gotopless.org/
rally during the convention and almost got arrested? :-)

I managed to restrict my convention viewing to just the Obama acceptance speech/spectacular.
The political parties/process drives me nuts because it is so "content free". Anyone can say anything and no one can argue wit it because there is no content. Everyone wants to lower oil prices, increase education and healthcare etc etc. Yet I really have not heard HOW anyone would do it. That is where the rubber meets the road.
